Hello All...

We are off on another adventure in a few weeks (having made it through the Dominican Republic with no mishaps).

I seem to recall that Celiac was first discovered in Holland after WWII when some formerly sickly kids who had been off bread due to rationing went back on it and got sickly again.

We will stay at places with kitchens and will buy and bring our own foods - but I'm wondering if any of you have had any experience in Holland.
