Someone on the Delphi forum talked to GM. They said, the Strawberry chex will not be labeled GF, because it is subject to ingredient change. So always check when you buy them. They label Rice Chex GF, because they will never change the ingredients in Rice Chex. So they will always be GF.
They did say that every cereal they make, if there is a chance for cross contamination it will list at the bottom, may contain Wheat etc. So if it reads GF and it dosen't say may contain they are safe. They are run on dedicated lines. THAT MADE ME VERY HAPPY.
There are still old boxes that contain barley malt on the store shelves, so make sure you read carefully. |
