Good morning ...
I know that oats are often cross contaminated with gluten. What about flax? We buy and grind our own flax ... but can there be cross contamination? If so, how do you find out and where can you get flax free of any possible cross contamination?
Thanks,
Whaleman

Bob's Red Mill ground flax meal is made in their dedicated plant. Their whole flax seed (since you grind your own) might be, too. That is an option, then. _________________ If you're hungry, I'd love your support! |
