Good morning everyone!
I am traveling from Wisconsin to Ohio next week for work and unfortunately the airline we were taking has now folded so we are driving. sigh. Nice scenic area right? I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for places to stop along the way OR in Columbus. I did check out their city's Celiac site and got some ideas, but thought there might be some Ohio peeps around that may be of assistance.
Thanks for any help you can give!

I realize this is WAY late, but for anyone searching the forum for places in Cols, I highly recommend Marcella's Ristorante in the Short North. A friend's DH is the executive chef, and he will personally come to the table and explain what he can/can't do based on allergies/intolerances. They almost always have a good quality GF pasta (brown rice) on hand. It does take a little longer to get your food because they cook the GF pasta to order, but if you tell your server that you'll be ordering it when you sit down, they can start cooking it then.
I've had the carbonara (made without the egg yolk in the sauce due to an allergy) with GF pasta and it was fabulous. The caprese salad was the best I've ever had, with a nice sweet balsamic. |
