HELLO ALL IM a NEWBIE im gluten free ( almost) for 3 years now.
Anyways Bacon in most dinners is cooked that ive worked was cooked in the fryer maybe thats why it had gluten in it. |

It could be the fryer grease they use if they did something like onion rings or chicken.
Many places also dredge the bacon in flour so that it appears larger on the plate and less greasy.
Or it could simply be that they handle it with the same utensils they use with floured products.
