You can buy plastic covers for microwave food to prevent splatters. It might be a good investment to bring 2 to work - 1 for everybody else, and 1 that has never touched their food for you to use. They're not very expensive, so it wouldn't be too bad. I guess you'd just have to label them clearly and/or hide yours so there wouldn't be any mix-up. Good luck. _________________ Jen

Each and every one of us had glitter on our hands. I'm not suggesting that you cover BF with glitter (although it might be fun ) it does prove the point.
It's the same with gluten. A few crumbs spread around here and there add up to quite a lot over time. Gluten in measured in parts per MILLION for a reason. Incremental exposure is real and it can hurt us. He may come to realize this over time as your health improves. |
Does anybody know if there is such a thing as edible glitter? It would be GREAT to bake some into gluteny finger foods and serve them to unsuspecting folks at a potluck or church social or some such. Then at the end have everybody look at all the things that have glitter on them, including chairs, salt shakers, etc. etc. ad nauseum. THEN talk about cross-contamination. _________________ Sandi ~ learning to live in a world obsessed and infested with wheat.
