I was just at REI and they have fabulous protein bars called stinger. they are pretty high calorie, but gluten free and a meal's worth of protein and vitamins. they are usually $2.50 and were on sale this month (I assume ending May 1) for .99.
they taste great and I have a hard time, sometimes, with a quick lunch. They do the trick. yp
