No problem, let me know what you get and how it is. I am always looking to buy new tapes.

OH and check out EBAY before you buy them new, there is always someone selling old DVD's there!

I like collage video, too! I have A LOT of DVDs. Now that I feel so much better, I want to start exercising again. I'm going to do Debbie Siebers' Slim in 6 (sorta boring but very effective), Slim & Lean with Jari Love, and 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels). The last two are new, so I'm excited to try them! Smile

Big in to sports
Mountain bike 3 times a week, swim 3 times a week
Paintball
Boogie Board surf
Gym 3 times a week

Track car days once a month (although not a sport)

I refuse that celiac disease interferes with my sport life, Im being very strict to my diet and hope to contnue that way, Im worried about my multi day Mt bike trips in remote areas (Andes, Alps ect) and I do one or two of those trips a year.
One of them coming up in a month.

Im determined to continue my trips and make them 100% gluten free, I will go inside the kitchen of restaurants if I have to, I dont care!!!

Exercise! What in the tarnation is that? I am not really fat...just delicately fluffy. Wink

I do have to say that I have been GF for two weeks and have lost 5-6 lbs. with a little bit of effort, but not much. The one thing us southern women like to do is cook and eat! If I didn't have to work I'd be as big as my house. Very Happy

"Curves" 3x a week for the last 6 years. I'm 67 and had no upper-body strength. Now I can hoist 50 lbs. bags of bird food. I also walk on opposite days or x-country ski in the winter. I feel better emotionally as well as physically when I get my exercise! (I also sleep better.)
