please s'cuse crappy picture - I'm being lazy 'member?

Corn tortillas, Pizza Squeeze, Hormel 'roni. I'm too lazy to make real 'za.

You can make them crispy or soft as you like.

We're having pizza next week. Must be something in the water.

More crock pot meals this week: pesto chicken with sweet potatoes and Mongolian beef.

Chicken salad (from canned Hormel chicken, too hot to do anything other than boil an egg), Blue diamond crackers, vanilla ice cream, a peach.

Last night was lettuce wraps:
chopped garlic, celery and pre-cooked chicken sauteed then wrapped up in romaine leaves with chopped, cold cucumber

I cooked a tad for what will be a busy and on-the-go weekend. Thus, had a few bites of briami when that was finished and a bowl of buffalo chicken and rice once that was done.
