Taco are the brainless we don't know what to make but we're hungry we'd better eat something for dinner, dinner.
This version was grilled sliced chicken breast with fajita seasonings, grilled onions and red bell pepper, roasted corn, mango salsa and fresh cilantro. |
That sounds really good, and the cake photos are amazing. I have some no-sugar-added Door County cherry pie filling (GF - I checked it thoroughly and it has a very simple ingredient list ) and hope to try something similar soon. |

Last night football season started for my 9 year old son...so meals together will be gone for 3 months. Lucky for us though, this year after the first 2 weeks, practice is only 3 days a week! YEAH!!!!!!!!
Anyway, I will now start my standard for football season, chocolate protein shake with gf waffle and peanut butter! Then make whatever my daughter wants! Oh well, it fills the hole!

Tonight we're getting a little fancier: rotisserie chicken, baked sweet potatoes and corn muffins. The rest of this week will be beef lo mein. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

| Well I screwed up my shake last night and added too much water. I reverted back to adding enough for 3 shakes, since in the mornings for the kids, that is what I do. So instead I had 2 waffles with eggs! But still good! |

A real live home made juicy hamburger with ketchup and mustard and onions on a Gluten free bun. My first one since going GF it was the best hamburger I have ever had. I have been craving one for 7 months and finally had one. since my bread machine broke I went crazy and bought hamburger buns, bagels, pizza crusts. Quick and easy breads. the first time I didn't make the bread myself. I kept telling myself I would make the buns. MMMMMMMMM. I have leftovers. MMMMMMM _________________ GF BD 1/4/2008

Sorry I missed this. The lo mein recipe is over here. The chicken was from a local store (verified GF), the sweet potatoes were the kind you nuke, and the corn muffins were from a mix. Nothing incredibly fancy, but good enough for me. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

I used kinnikinnick buns. I thought they were small, but my burger was big enough that it filled it. I toasted it first. I like their bread so I thought I would be safe with their buns. _________________ GF BD 1/4/2008
