Has anyone checked out the bread recipe posted on the site "getoffgluten.blogspot.com?" The woman who wrote it is a microbiologist, and yes, she's written a cookbook. The recipe is for whole grain, no added oils, no added sugars, no refined starches, no dairy, no eggs(what else is left??). The bread itself looks wonderful, but quite time consuming. It's very intriguing, but daunting. If anyone wants to take a stab at it, let us know how it is!

I would love to make a sourdough bread, but dang! That recipe is a whole lotta work! As I tend to view kitchen tasks as necessary evils and forms of drudgery, I probably won't tackle that one.

But I do wonder what it tastes like . . . . . (she said wistfully . . . ) Smile
