GF lunches at school

See link, apparently the USDA is revising the Child Nutrition Act and is taking comments and suggestions. This site recommends requesting GF lunches in schools. I work at a high school and know that it is almost impossible to get something GF from the cafeteria.

CC I think would still be an issue with the amount of food they put out in a day. Although it pretty much is everywhere you eat out.
