Best flour - UK

I don't know if it is available in any other countries, but in most of the main UK supermarkets now you can buy Doves Farm gluten free self raising flour, or Doves Farm gluten free plain flour.

To be honest, my cakes and biscuits taste no different than they used to, and no-one has ever noticed that they are gluten free. I have tried other brands of s.r. flour and noticed the difference immediately but Doves Farm is just amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!

Yeah, I clicked on the "Where to buy" link and it is all across the pond. Maybe they will shipp overseas. Or maybe they will eventually head this way.
