Does anyone know if curcumin is GF. It was in the Houston Chronicle today. It also mentions curry. We can't do curry, can we? Thanks.....Nikki from Sugar Land

Hi Nikki,

Curry is typically a blend of spices...as long as the spices are pure...it should be GF.

McCormick's Curry power is GF (all of their spices are GF): http://www.mccormick.com/productdetail.cfm?id=6418

The same goes for Curcumin (Which is Tumeric from what I can tell): http://www.mccormick.com/productdetail.cfm?id=6429
