Is corn flour the only flour called for in the recipe? If there are other flours, you could possibly sub the corn with sorghum. Not sure how it would be if sorghum were 100% of the flour. _________________ Steph |

Depending on the type of recipe that I am baking, I usually just sub sorghum for corn flour. In a loaf of bread, I love to mix sorghum and millet.
How did your recipe turn out? _________________
