HI,
This is from Simply Natural Baby Food by Cathe Olson. I have not yet tried it because I am just now introducing grains but it looks good. It is actually called Teething Crackers so I am not sure if they are really biscuits:
2 Tb molasses
2 Th canola or safflower oil
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt or kelp
1 cup brown rice flour
1-2 Tb water or milk.
Preheat oven to 350. Blend molasses, oil, egg yolk, and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients to form a stiff dough. Add liquid if dough is too dry. Add flour if too wet. On a floured board, roll dough out to 1/4 inch. Score board into 1 x 2 inch strips. Place strips on un-oiled baking sheet. Bake 12-15 min or until lightly browned.
Let me know how it turns out if you try it!
thanks!
