|
|
My Chiro just asked me to add Panceatrophin PMG to my diet. It is a supplement to help with my immune system and to do a few other things. I just noticed the ingredients.
Bovine pancreas PMG extract, dried alfalfa juice, nutritional yeast, porcupine duodenum, defatted wheat (germ), dried buckwheat (leaf) juice, and buckwheat (seed).
I don't know if I should take them. I've only taken two doses so far, but would not know if they have had an affect as I have had such bad luck lately getting glutened, I am already swollen and in pain.
Any advice???
Thanks!!! _________________ Sue

I met another CD and they recommended Digest Gold. It is made for celiacs and does not contain any questionable ingredients. NO DIARY, WHEAT, PRESERVATIVES, SALT, SUCROSE, SOY, YEAST, NUTS, GLUTEN,ARTIFICAL COLORS OR FLAVORS. I've used it for 2 weeks with no side effects. He also suggested GLUTEN EASE when I may have been exposed, which I keep with me and use when I eat out. So far so good.
