How do you guys deal with this?

There's so much info that it's hard for people to write it all down, it's just easier to do handouts. I did label reading and GF friendly mfgs - y'all know there's tons of stuff there.

It doesn't help matters that a few people don't have computers, so I just can forward the info.

Perhaps only enough for those 1 or 2 people.

We distribute agendas (1/2 sheet) to all participants with pertinent information including brands, websites, etc. We used to always distribute handouts related to the meeting topic but are leaning more and more to adding the info to our group blog.

We've discussed the computer issue before but even our senior participants are even internet savvy. It works for us.
