I have been looking something similar to goldfish crackers. One time I was searching and found something that called for, if I remember correctly, just cheddar cheese and garlic salt and baking that. Can anyone help with that? Has anyone ever seen something like that?
What are some good recipes for making crackers similar to goldfish crackers?
Thanks! |

I do remember trying these. It's been awhile but I cut up Kraft american cheese singles into little squares. Put them on parchment paper and sprinkle with garlic salt (or other seasonings) and this is where I can't remember, did I broil them or just bake them? I think I baked them possibly for 10 minutes, I remember burning the first batch and the second batch came out fine. They looked a little funny but did remind me of eating gold fish crackers. This was before I found that I needed to be dairy free so maybe someone else can help with the specifics! _________________ Kathy |
