Hi,
I need some help to make a GF loaf! I have in my cuboard - amaranth, desicated cocount, quiona, flaxseeds and buckwheat flour. I don't really know what else I need? I have a new coffee grinder which can grind flax and grains into a fine flour.
Also any good GF bread wrap recipes?
p.s. I have an all round grain sensitivity as well as not being able to tolerate gluten. So that obviosuly exlcudes the gluten grains and also rice, millet, teff etc...
Any help appreciated, I would search for recipes but I have a banging headache and feeling pretty crappy. |

Check out these Tried and True recipes...
I don't know how many of these you'll be able to use by avoiding all grains Probably none of them...

| Well buckwheat, quiona, amaranth, flax and coconut are not grains so I am hoping I should be able to do it...so that means I could use tapicoa as well... |
