I have been gf for about 10 months and now diagnosed with allergies to rice, corn, potato, soy, and dairy as well. The allergist has me on a 3 day rotation diet to help prevent further development of any food allergies. Has this diet worked for anyone else?

I've been on a four day rotation diet for about a year now, working through one allergy food at a time. It's been very slow going for me but I'm now able to eat rice again. Yay! I can also have small amounts of diary almost daily without feeling badly at all. Which is excellent since I nearly cried when I realized I wouldn't be able to have cheese again for a long while. Shocked

Thanks. I have only been on the diet for about a month now, nice to know there is hope. The allergist informed me that since grains cause such a severe reaction , especially with the asthma that I won't probably be eating those ever again. To be honest though I would rather have dairy back anyway.

I'll never get wheat, barley, rye or oats back - that's a separate issue from the allergies. I'd just really like to be able to eat eggs again!
