I know there are many alternative flours that can be used (and most of them now reside in my pantry). But I was wondering whether anyone here uses GF Oat Flour or GF rolled oats in their baking?

In a "previous life" I used quite a bit of regular oat flour and always liked the creamy, sweet taste of the whole grain flour. Although I find the new alternative flours rather bland and tasteless...I was never a big fan of white bread either...I'm sure my tastebuds will eventually adapt. Nonetheless, I was wondering what people's experience with GF Oat Flour had been.

Still trying to figure out all this flour stuff...
