Peg and I were shopping today and I stumbled across these.
Napoli Herb (Gluten Free) Pizza Crusts
http://rusticcrust.com/glutenfree.htm
| Quote: | Has your need to avoid wheat and gluten left you pining for the days of pizza? Pine no more! We're bringing the wheat intolerant back to the table. So pick a sauce (preferably Rustic Crust) and get creative with your favorite toppings. Our wheat and gluten-free pizza crust offers sure-fired flavor and the perfect crustal balance – crispy on the edges, moist in the middle – with no wheat or gluten anywhere in sight!
Made in the USA in a gluten free facility

Al~ Let me know what you think of those. My sister and I were not fans. Too dense, but maybe you will have more luck. We tried them quite a while ago, before we got really good at doctoring up our stuff. |

They do seem pretty "heavy". As a matter of fact, somehow my crusts got broken in half. I think they got man handled somewhere after I put them on the conveyor at checkout and when I got them home.
I'll let ya know... _________________ Al

I believe I thought the same thing as well: too dense. If they broke at the store that can't be a good sign. But I'm curious to see how well they work. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

I think these were the ones I tried, I only used one and threw the other one out. I got mine on-line at glutenfree.com (I think) and they were broken when they arrived as well.
For pre-made crust I like Kinnikinnick. They also package better than any other company I buy from and things don't arrive broken. _________________ CD by Biopsy 3/25/88 |

| I've just been getting my crusts from the Silly Yak. They do topped pizzas too, at times, and sometimes (I think) have pizzas from Bunky's as well. |

We'll, I finally got a chance to try these crusts. I'd have to say, I'd get these again.
Are they as good as BRM/Chebe - No. For the price and the convenience factor, I think these are good. I'd take this type of 'za over an Amy's frozen 'za.
Edit to add: Peg took a bite of the crust before putting it away. She thought it was OK. _________________ Al
