I really like this mix (except for the price.) The last time I made it I put the whole stick of butter into it instead of just 6 tablespoons, and I also put in a packet of unflavored gelatin. It was SO GOOD! Much more moist and less crumbly.
The mix is really forgiving - you can add 2-3 bananas for really good banana bread too.
None of those changes require any other adjustments to the basic directions.
I make sandwiches with it - peanut butter, almond butter, and deli sliced turkey are all good. _________________ Sandi ~ learning to live in a world obsessed and infested with wheat.
