We finally got our library copy. I had a few minutes to page thru it. I've only had a chance to get the broad-strokes so far.
Like [I think] Danita said, it's very much like this place. She tells people to read the labels, call mfgs, watch for CC, etc. All the correct and proper basic stuff. I haven't gotten into all the gritty details that seem to be causing the stir.
I will say there's no info in here that couldn't be gotten for free on the internet [or in other books]. However, this book gathers it all in one place [like many other books]. On the flip side, how many ways are there to say..."read the labels, call the mfgs, replace your cutting boards, replace your toaster, etc".
Heck, I'd swear some of the stuff was written by me. We know she knows about this place. I best call my lawyer...
We've only got this book for 14 days, so we best be quick about reading it. _________________ Al
