|
I see a lot of recipes, some ask for potato or tapioca flour and some ask for potato or tapioca starch. What is the differnce between the starch and flour or are starch and flour the same product with a different name.
I was looking at the Devils FOOD Cake recipe I have everything but the tapioca starch but I do have Tapioca flour.
This is a new learning experience eveytime I want to make something for her. |

Tapioca starch and flour are the same.
Potato starch and flour are NOT the same.
So you can use the tapioca flour in the recipe. _________________ Rachel |
