Let me know if you ever happen across a good non-dairy creamer that's GF. I've been using soy milk which is ok but, you know, it's not cream. I figure someone ought to be making a really rich yummy one that's not full of evil ingredients, I just haven't found it yet. the holy grail of creamers...

I've never had it, but I hear it is good.

Deb - I found another gummy fish oil - country Life Dolphin Pals. I took these for a while too after a glutening. It certainly was easier on my tummy than the reg capsules.

I have been taking a fish oil capsule called MegaTears, by MedOp. My boss gave them to me. I called the company, no gluten, no soy. You are suppose to take 4 per day, I only take 1...it's a 1000mg softgel. It isn't helping my dry eyes at all, but it does seem to work for my tummy. The jury's still out.

Thank you though, they may be my next trial fish oil.

wow, yeah 4000 mg day would be a lot but that is considered a therapeutic dose. anywhere from 2000 to 4000. Very glad to hear it's working for your tummy.
