meal ideas?

hi all,
do you have any meals ideas for me to eat tonight for my tea, i live in england, i like lots of things really meat veg pasta rice so ideas would be great,

What did you eat before you went GF? Most things convert quite easily to GF with only a few changes in ingredients.

Here is a link to a list of things that are easy to find/fix on the GF diet. It contains brands that are available in the US. You will need to verify that the brands available to you are safe, but it might help give you some ideas.
