Just got back from my Women's Motorcycle Conference in Keystone CO. It was great (except I didn't get to ride my bike. Sad ) I flew out and rented a car. We had a condo, so we fixed our own meals. There was a natural grocer in Dillon with many GF foods. Even found GF bread at a bakery in Leadville. I was a little concerned about CC, but the owner assured me they took precautions. I had absolutely no problems. Even the resort accomodated me with a GF meal at our banquet.

Apart from gimping around with a cane and sometimes a wheelchair, it was great. Everyone was wonderful about honoring my GF needs except one young man in a grocery store in Golden, CO who sent me to the diabetic section when I asked about GF. Not a biggy!

So anyone wondering about the eating in the Rockys, it's doable. Very Happy

I'm so glad you enjoyed your time in CO, Judy. It's fabulous that you were able to eat comfortably and confidently.
