My family will be vacationing in Minneapolis (Mall of America) next week and was wondering if anyone knew of any good GF restaurants in the area?

Hi Kim,
This isn't a restaurant, but might worth checking out... in Eagan, MN (about 20 min from Minni) BitterSweet Gluten-Free Bakery.
a friend of mine was there a few months ago, she said it was GREAT!
Hmmm I was at MOA a while back...I eat at a "higher end" restaurant there. I explained what I needed- they had no problems, no beefs, they we VERY nice!! Plus..I had not problems with the food!!!!!! hehehehehe Now...if I can only remember the name.....Hmmmmmm If I see it, I'll let you know.
Of course you probably could find any number of the chain resto's that have GF menus (llook in the restaurant thread in the Dining Out forum).
OK - I think it was the Napa Valley Grill.
