I just noticed while eating dinner that Soya Kaas (soy cheese) has Natural Flavor in it. Does anyone know if it is GF? I probably shouldn't eat it anyway b/c it has caseinate in it & supposedly I'm dairy free, but for some reason I bought it at the store...

The other 2 things I'm wondering about are Centrum A to Z vitamins and Colgate 2 in 1 (toothpaste & mouthwash).

Thank you everyone for your replies! I used to think I was good at reading labels but this gluten thing is proving to be a challenge!
