| I made my first gluten free cookie thanks to Betty Crocker.....I will venture out on the homemade ones later....I am still learning, and reading and I need to go through cabinets and fridge.....but I wanted something sweet....they are good! I just had to share.....LOL |

I have a long way to go from what I have read......I need to get going on the cabinets and fridge......I did throw out one soup laddle.....plastic/old......bought a new one.... I just can't throw out my good Tupperware yet...... .....I did put my cookies I made in NEW Ziploc plastic containers......

If it helps, I've found that the boxed mixes are really the most economical way to get that sweet tooth cured. I've wasted many MANY batches of expensive ingredients trying to bake GF from scratch. I'm no slouch in the kitchen, either, but baking GF is an entirely different creature, and I really have to learn everything all over again.
The Betty Crocker mixes are pretty good. I wasn't crazy about the yellow cake, but the chocolate cake is great, and the cookies are yummy. _________________ Deb
