For the last decade I have had to avoid gluten after struggling with a severe intolerance for a couple of years. Two years ago I started dating a woman (to whom I am now engaged) who wrote a humorous song for me about the dietary changes she made so that we could share meals. We recorded this song, ‘My Celiac’, for our new album Love-Lies-Bleeding.
