Well we all know what we're eating for dinner. How about that morning meal though? I made my daughter wheaty french toast this morning and the smell was torture (mmmm!) So to make up for it I popped a batch of GF cranberry orange scones into the oven. Equally MMMMM!

Sadly, my breakfasts are never as diverse as my dinners. I eat either cereal or oatmeal. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

Almost always eggs, although this morning I had some left over "sopa seca de arroz" (aka Spanish Rice) with them. _________________ Sandi ~ learning to live in a world obsessed and infested with wheat.

I'm currently in a bagel and cream cheese rut these days. Sometimes I do Trader Joe's pancakes. _________________ Rachel |

We often do eggs and hash browns, but we also do other things as well. My husband likes to cook, so we have lots of choices. I have a recipe from somewhere for a Bisquick clone, so we can do pancakes. Occasionally, we will buy a loaf of gf raisin bread so we can make French Toast. I found a recipe for Puerto Rican Breakfast Custard online that was gluten free. There is always Chex or some other cold cereal, too.

Boy does that cranberry orange scone look excellent!! Before I used to always eat my oatmeal with fruit.....or eggs, and sometimes every few months I would make pancakes......but now breakfast sucks for me.....I'll eat fruit....usually two different ones, sometimes 3....(love my fruit).....then eggs.....made differently......or some GF bread...that Rice Pecan....it's not bad, with homemade jam..... |

I'm pretty boring too. Usually it's cold cereal. Sometimes, I'll have GF waffles. Sometimes scrambled or fried eggs. Sometimes fresh fruit. _________________ Al

Today I had a couple of fun size Snickers.
Tomorrow will definitely be leftover Indian food. |

Glutenfreeda's instant oatmeal, when I eat breakfast. Often I just skip right to lunch. _________________ CD by Biopsy 3/25/88 |
