Gluten Free Amish Chicken Casserole

8 oz Cooked Fettuccine Style Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta...Break Pasta in Noodle size before cooking
(I weighed the pasta dry before cooking)
2 cups cooked chicken
2 cups GF Chicken Broth
1 Cup Milk
1 can GF mushrooms drained
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup butter (one stick)
1/3 cup of GF flour blend of your choice (I used Namaste)
TOPPING
12 GF Crackers Crushed (I used Glutino Original)
2 T Butter (to mix with crushed crackers)
Grated Parmesan Cheese

1.Cook Rice Pasta and Drain
2.Melt butter in medium saucepan and then add GF Flour Mix, salt and pepper and stir with whisk till smooth
3.Gradually add milk, and broth and heat till thickened stirring with a whisk till thickened
4.Stir in the cooked chicken and mushrooms
5.Pour mixture into a greased 13x9x2 pan
6.Crush the crackers and mix with the 2T of melted butter
7.Sprinkle crackers over casserole and sprinkle with some grated Parmesan cheese
8.Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until heated through and top slightly browned
