Need your help 4 dining out

Hi

I am new to the forum, but not so new to CD. I was diagnosed a little over a year ago (after 20 years of suffering and Dr.s telling me it was "Stress"- I am sure many of you know what I am speaking of) I was fine for a while, but not as careful as I should have been, I guess, because I just landed myself in the hospital!! We ate out and I thought I ordered right, but...as we know it is risky....anyway..I have to be much more diligent now and was wondering if there is anyone out there who could help me with restaurants.....I live in the Denver area, but I am sure there are many chains that you all may know more about than me at this time. I appreciate any help you may offer....
