Recently Peg's SIL [Lisa] went to Italy to visit some of her Mom's family. I asked her to bring back some BiAglut pasta if she happened to see it.
It just so happened that one of her aunts [her uncle's wife] is indeed a celiac, so she helped Lisa pick out some GF items to bring back for me.
She also brought us a ceramic sun & moon since we collect them
Thanks Lisa!! _________________ Al

Wow! That's great! How is it?
I had a friend some me some *amazing* cookies from Australia. I love how wonderful it is to have global GF goodness! _________________ Cheers!

We haven't tried it yet. We probably should have Peg's Bro & SIL over for a meal with it. SIL really should be GF. She's had to do 2 WF/GF trials. _________________ Al

FWIW, the Scotti brand pictured on the right is available at most of the Italian markets in my area. |

Yes, in line with what TEC wrote, that brand is also what Risotteria carries/uses... _________________ ~Torrey
