Seems like now I have GERD on top of EVERYTHING else - my doctor ran an ultrasound of my liver and gallbladder and they looked fine. Ive been doing fine with upper GI issues but of course the hits keep coming. Am I destined to just keep suffering? am I ever gonna heal and feel good again?

My mom's GERD disappeared almost completely after she was diagnosed as a Celiac & went GF. Her GERD was so bad that it landed her in the ER one night because she thought she was having a heart attack.

If they scoped you, they could see what's going on. However, they probably will just give you meds.
