Melissa,
Often times when I go to the market I carry my cell phone with me. I then call the 800 numbers listed on the product and ask if it is gluten free. If it is gluten free, I buy it. If not, I call another number.
Can't help you with GF jam as I'm not a jam eater. Glutenfreegirl.blogspot.com recently had a recipe or two for jam on her blog.

I used Polaner All Fruit preserves. It says Gluten Free right on the label (strawberry)...makes it easier....

| Smuckers grape jam is good too. Mmm I love grape Jam. Welch's grape jam is ok too I think, but you may want to double check me on that one. I've never had trouble with it. |
