Was it here that I read someone indicate you can purchase just the packets of Kraft cheese and put it with rice noodles? I thought I read that somewhere, am I losing it???

Yup Monica....you're losing it! Just kidding. There was a thread somewhere on the forum about that, but I've never seen the packets for sale individually. However, I did find a site that sells the same type cheese. _________________ Steph |

I have seen lots of posts elsewhere that the powdered cheese comes in little canisters marketed as a popcorn topper. One person compared ingredients on the little can to the ingredients listed on the Kraft box and they are identical. I have never even looked for it because I grew up on home made mac and cheese which tastes nothing like Kraft. I never liked the Kraft stuff but to people who grew up in it, it *is* the taste of mac and cheese!
Supposedly the little canisters can be found with other popcorn toppers at WalMart for around $1.50. _________________ Sandi ~ learning to live in a world obsessed and infested with wheat.

Yup - you are correct Sandi!
We can get them at our local grocery store. I bumped up the post about it. I have a picture of the canister...and the GF Mac n Cheese in that post.
