New High-Fiber GF bread recipe.

My wife just created a new recipe for a multi-grain, high-fiber bread that is both gluten-free and dairy-free. It's really good, and I hope others enjoy it. Nice hearty and crunchy crust along with a soft/spongy interior that holds up well to slicing and sandwiches (plus, as expected, high in fiber content).
