Those look good Do you think I could use other grains besides oats? I have quinoa flakes for example but haven't cooked with them yet. _________________ son - high ttg - 4/09, pos. biopsy 5/09

Sure, I bet quinoa flakes would work very well. I also have had them in the past, but haven't baked with them yet.
