I just want to say how much I appreciate this site and everyones suggestions. When I first got on here just a couple days ago I was very bummed out about managing the whole GF thing for my daughter on a tiny budget (like crying every time I went to the grocery store) and you guys have given me a lot of answers to my questions, and more importantly, hope.

Hey Mik - thanks!
It takes a bit to figure all this stuff out. We've all been where you're at right now. We know it's tough & frustrating.
If there's one thing that we've done here, it's to let people know that living GF is not doom and gloom and destine to eat crappy food. There's LOTS of good and tasty food GF food to be had. It may take a bit of effort to do it, but what in this life that's worth doing doesn't?
Hang out with us - we'll get ya thru this!
