Dear Ms. Fidissimus,

Thank you for contacting Pillsbury regarding gluten content. At this time there is no gluten in any Pillsbury Frosting product with the exception of Coconut Pecan, which contains wheat.
Again, thank you for taking the time to contact us. If you should have further questions or need additional information, please visit our website at www.pillsburybaking.com or contact us at 800-767-4466, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. EST.

I love everyone here for finding these things out for me (and everyone else of course). I always assumed all frosting was off limits unless it was specifically made gluten-free. That's awesome that you found that out Jenn. I can start eating cake with frosting now. I suppose dairy might be an issue for me, but when dairy is no longer an issue, then I'm home free. I never even thought to contact frosting manufacturers and never even checked the ingredients.
