I just found this out today. The Mother of a gal here at work listens their radio show and said that Steve as CD. Sounds like he's very active in his "evangelism" Smile.

Steve & Johnnie Show

Steve's CD info page. He's got GFP listed!! Now if we can get him to list the board separately we'd be all set! [set for what - I don't know Wink]

Listening to Steve and Johnnie during the night (their show is from 11pm to 5am) is how I learned about Univ. of Chicago's free screening tests. That's also how I learned that you don't outgrow the Celiac that you had as a child just because now you don't have any acute symptoms! Rolling Eyes

Johnnie is a good GF cook and will answer questions about her recipes if you e-mail her. They are both quite willing to talk about CD and have several programs about it during the year. One of the good things about their program is that WGN is a 50,000 megawatt station that can be heard widely across the nation at night when they are on. You can also pick them up on the Internet connection as well.

I have been a big fan of theirs for years.

I just found the following entry on their blog about their upcomming shows next week. This refers to a TV appearence on Chicago's ABC outlet, ch 7 for Monday morning Jan. 21.

We're on Channel 7 Monday morning!!!
January 20, 2008
Since we're pretty sure most of you know how to multi-task, we're asking you to keep Spike on the radio while you watch us on TV.

Our friends Tracy Butler and Hosea Sanders, along with the rest of ABC 7's Morning News team, have once again invited us to join them in the 6 AM hour, this Monday morning.

Rumor has it that they want to sample more of Johnnie's terrific Gluten-Free specialties!

So, we'll be showing, telling and tasting some of Johnnie's recipes as we share some information about Celiac Disease and Gluten-Free cooking on Channel 7's Morning News, this Monday morning.

Once again this forum has saved me! I am from Chicago and have recently moved to NC. I go "home" all the time and went on the WGN website and got all kinds of great help!

Thank you so much!
