Hi all,
following a thread about best GF cookbooks on the UK Forum and
Peter(Grangemouth) comment of looking at David (Dublin) on-line cookbook (Web Space).

I started thinking, what a great idea!
.
So, I've been scouring all the Video Hosting Websites and have compiled a New Wesite (Blog).
.
All videos that are Gluten Free or can be easily adapted, are included.
.
With some of the Videos I've managed to track down ingredient lists and Methods.
.
It's only 5 days old, but is quite extensive.
.
If you fancy a video recipe and it has the ingredient list and Method, just highlight it, print and bring it to the Kitchen.
.
I hope people find this a good resource.
