Don't know about all of the foods that you listed, but I strongly suspect that the eggless whey protein has milk in it. Whey products always do. You may want to check it out. Since I'm lactose intolerant, I look for these things too.
Blessings of hope and encouragement! _________________ Carolyn

I would check out:
Egg less Whey protein (for fillers)
Orbit Sugar free gum (for "natural flavors" or anything weird like that)
Green Tea (for any added barley)
Herbal Teas (for fillers, but this is probably safe, depends on the brand)
Crystal light (check this carefully, do a search here, I think there is one kind of Crystal light that's fine and others that aren't)
This isn't to say I know whether or not these things are safe, it's just to say these are the things I would check carefully on the Internet or read the labels extra-carefully and question all "natural and artificial flavorings" and such. Everything else looks like basic whole foods and quite delicious! |

Thanks guys
The whey protein I'm currently using now is www.allthewhey.com
the 20/30 blend. I asked them if it contained any hidden gluten, and they said no. it may contain some milk, but my doctor said it's ok with very small amount . the main concern now is to avoid all gluten products period.
The orbit gum, I did a search here and it was ok to have
As far for the Green Tea, I am looking for a natural green tea leafs
I will check on crystal light and the packaged herbal teas though |

Hi Sara,
If it's 100% flax seed oil - it's GF.
Omega 3's are a great thing to take! _________________ Al
