Not sure if these are safe or not...anyone ???

They do contain sorbitol & aspartame (eww) but I swear my guts get spastic when I have one. They also contain "natural flavors"...usually a red flag. Yes, soy lecithin too but I don't think I am soy sensitive.

Sorbitol really upsets my stomach, but I think it's more my "Fructose Intolerance" than Gluten.

For what it's worth...

Products may be different in the US vs Canada.

Have you contacted Cadbury Adams? http://www.dentyne.com/icepeppermint.php?cat=products

Cythnia Kupper [director of Gluten Intolerance Group of America & Registered Dietitan] and Shelley Case [Register Dietitian from Canada] have determined that natural flavors are no longer considered an issue. She stated this in April when I saw Cynthia speak at a gluten free expo in Chicago.

I will agree that sorbitol & aspartame can cause stomach issues in some people.

I have also heard that about sorbitol. My guess is that's what's causing your problems.
